Customer
Requests. If
a customer asks the District to inspect its lines
and facilities and the inspection shows that the
customer’s
problem arises from his private sewer or water lines,
and not the District’s, the District may charge
the customer the cost of such inspection, and the customer
shall promptly remit the charge to the District. If
a customer requests a re-read of its meter, the District
shall re-read the meter at the District’s expense
once during any six-month period. If such customer
requests an additional re-read within six months,
the District shall charge the customer $30.00 to
re-read
the meter unless such additional re-reading indicates
that the meter was defective or has been misread. |
