Delinquent Wate Bill Payments

The delinquent water payment location at
283 Lockhaven will be closed as of April 1, 2018

How to View and Pay your Water Bill On-line

Bear in mind that delinquent payments made online will take 2 to 3 business days to process and does not prevent disconnection of water service.
All online and phone payments made on the payment due date as stated on your water bill will take 2 to 3 business days to process so you must contact the billing department with your confirmation
number at (281) 579-4500 available 24 hours
.

Payment Options

1. Lockbox Payments

Checks sent via the USPS or online bill pay through your banking institution. Online bill pay through your banking institution generally involves your bank utilizing a third party to create a check that is sent to the address that you specify. lnframark has no control over the check creation and mailing process for this service.
All payments are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

2. Monthly Auto-Draft (Drafted on the Due Date)

Enroll on-line at www.paymyinframarkbill.com.
Bank draft ($1.00 transaction fee).
Credit Card Draft (3% transaction fee).
The monthly auto-draft application wilt be completed upon receiving your first monthly water bill statement marked "Do Not Pay".

3. Check Payment by Phone

Check payments made by calling 281-579-4500 ($1.00 transaction fee).
Via the link www.paymyinframarkbill.com ($1.00 transaction fee).
You will need your checking account information and water billing account information.
Payment will post within 2 to 3 business days. Credit card payment
(Visa/MasterCard/discover/American Express} made by phone. (3% transaction fee) by calling 281-579-4500 or via the link www .paymvinframarkbill.com (3% transaction fee).


4. lnstaPay on your Smartphone by scanning the QR code

Make payments via lnstaPay by scanning the QR code that is printed on the remittance coupon of your water bill using VISA/Mastercard/Discover/American Express (5% transaction fee). Payment will post within 2 to 3 business days. Credit Card Draft (5% transaction fee).

5. Western Union

Western Union payments at any Western Union location. You will need your remittance stub. Charges are per Western Union location. Payments will post within 2 to 3 business days. If close to the disconnect date you must contact the billing department at {281) 579-4500 with confirmation number.
